BET365特聘教授、博士生导师,BET体育365投注官网常务副院长,土壤地下水污染修复技术研究所所长。上海市“浦江人才”计划获得者,中国高被引学者,全球高被引用科学家。国际SCI期刊Chemosphere副主编、Environmental Science and Pollution Research、环境化学 等编委。国家环境基准专家委员会委员,中国土壤学会土壤环境专业委员会委员,长三角区域生态环境保护标准一体化专家咨询委员会委员,上海市环境科学学会理事,上海市化学化工学会环境科学与工程专业委员会副主任,上海市污染场地修复技术研究中心技术委员会主任。

长期致力于土壤地下水污染修复技术、土壤地下水环境多介质界面传输、土壤生物炭固碳技术、绿色友好型环境修复材料等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目/面上项目、国家重点研发计划/重大专项课题、科技部国际合作项目、国家环保行业科研专项课题、上海市科委重大课题以及企业委托等项目。在土壤地下水重金属介质多界面迁移转化及生物地球化学过程研究方面取得了系列创新成果,在Nature Rev. Earth & Environ., Sci. Bull., Environ. Sci. Technol., Water Res.等期刊上发表SCI论文210多篇。建立了土壤重金属化学稳定化、污染土壤地下水一体化、重金属物理分级分离、植物固定与提取等修复技术,并成功应用于射击场、电子加工场地、化工厂、电镀厂等典型污染场地土壤及地下水修复工程10多项。获省部级奖4项,其中教育部自然科学一等奖1项
